Strategies on answering email inquires.

Are many of your email inquires asking the same question? Is that question, “how much does your program cost”?

We average 6 email inquires per day, and most of them just want to know the price.

After a lot of trial and error, we have developed standard email responses to inquires. The goal is to get the sender to call us in order to make an appointment. (Note: if they have provided us with a phone number we call them to schedule an intro class, as well as sending the standard emails. This two method approach increases our chances of reaching the customer.)

Here are our standard emails. Everyone gets the first one. If they reply still asking for the price they get the second one. If they respond by asking for price again they get the third one.

Gaining a first hand experience will allow you to see how our program can really benefit you. There is absolutely no obligation to continue after this lesson, but at least you will have a really good idea of what you should be looking for in a School.

We are inviting you to participate in our free trial program, after your trial class there is absolutely no obligation to continue.

We are mostly a referral based school, which means the students become friends and we consider our community a family. We like to meet all prospective students, find out what benefits they are seeking, and discussing if our program is right for them.

We have various programs and depending on many factors the pricing of membership varies. The average cost of are programs is under $20 per class and can go as low as $12 per class.
