Questions about Going Full Time and Summer Camps

I'm a part time (night classes and a few on Saturday) instructor with 60 students (40 adutls and 20 kids). With the summer approaching I am contemplating making the transition to making it my full time job. I am considering running some summer camps. But, my question is what do most school owners do when the summer is over? Track out programs, after school programs? If so, do they overlap? Just want to plan for when the summer is over. Any insight would greatly be appreciated.

After school programs is year round. Create programs that enhance your community needs. Think what makes what you do of value to parents in your 10 mile radius area and then fulfil the need.

I'm curious how schools run summer camps, track outs, and after schools in conjuction with each other.

Hello Rob:
By adding a summer camp program and an after school program can be very profitable. That could take you from being part time to full time. Just as you we started out part time with only me and a couple of part time volunteer instructors, By adding programs such as after school and summer camp it has allowed our school to grow very large. We currently have on staff 4 full time employees and looking to add more and 10 part time staff. By adding camp and after school helps all your programs grow.
