ChampionsWay! Martial Arts Business Community

To those who have been affected by the legal matter ensuing between Alliance and Bay Cities:

It’s been over two weeks now since this has happened to all of us, and after struggling with my legal team to identify every possible angle we could to have the money released, after learning how a Bank can wrongfully hold other people’s money and how another company can hide behind bankruptcy, and coming to the realization that this legal procedure will certainly not meet my standards for getting all of your money back in an acceptable time frame, I’ve had enough.

I’ve had enough of trying to have my clients, who pay me every month because they trust me to provide them with a great service, to ask their students to deal with something they had nothing to do with because of two greedy corporations. I’ve had enough of hearing about how some schools are behind in their bills because of this. I cannot stand for this, and now that I know the courts, the government, and the entire law system won’t protect us in this situation, I have decided that I WILL!

Today we have decided to introduce The ChampionsWay Protection Plan. THIS PLAN IS DESIGNED FOR CHAMPIONSWAY TO COMPENSATE CLIENTS IMPACTED BY THE ALLIANCE AND BAY CITIES SITUATION WHICH AFFECTED TRANSACTIONS PROCESSED BETWEEN JANUARY 29 AND FEBRUARY 3, 2009.

I have been advised against going forward with the Protection Plan, I have been reminded that what transpired between Alliance and Bay Cities could easily happen to any billing company, processor or bank currently in the United States, and I have also been informed that there is no similar case of another company doing something like The ChampionsWay Protection Plan. That is exactly why I am doing this! ChampionsWay is a Martial Arts company, martial artists do many things that most people would not.

We have logged the amount of all funds that are currently being held for each school, and would like to begin the process of compensating each school.

I know that the past couple of weeks have been particularly challenging to make immediate contact with your Account Manager and I am truly thankful for your tremendous patience and understanding. I ask that you continue your understanding when calling in to begin your protection plan if we are unable to handle your call immediately. I can guarantee you that we have everyone we can on the phones helping the account managers.

Just in case you are not sure how to contact your account manager, their names and extensions are listed below (if you do not know who your account manager is, call our general support line – 1-877-774-5425 option 2).

Bonnie Ross ext. 6250
Brian Bui ext. 6315
Manny Sani ext. 6317
Nima Jazbi ext. 6418
Travis Ketler ext. 6321
Walter Katzberg ext. 6320

Lastly, I want to thank all of you who have offered your support during this matter. It was overwhelming to receive so many offers for additional legal help, assistance with media exposure, and even donations to help some schools. I am convinced that there is no better community of Martial Arts professionals than our clients. I want to assure you that this matter will not in any way jeopardize the solidarity of ChampionsWay and its ability to continue providing services. Even though this experience has made the last two weeks hard for all of us, we now have a better billing product as a result.

Thank you again to everyone who offered their help during this matter,

Farid Dordar

As a long time client of Champions Way I applaud the integrity and genuine concern for schools owners that is being shown. Other companies "in the business" of serving martial arts community would do well to take note of the leadership and customer service emraced by Master Dordar and Champions Way. This is truly a one of a kind company and one I am proud to be affiliated with.

Before I read this post I already knew Championsway was one of the most professional and well put together companies I've ever had the pleasure to do business with. In a world where businesses are constantly neglecting customer service, and common sense championsway is a refreshing reminder of how Martial Artists think and act.

Thank you master Farid for your generasity and doing the right thing even though legaly you didn't have to as banks and law and even government of united stated of America can't protect the victims of this incident but you DID IT. Because you as a martial arts school owner know how hard and challenging is to run a martial arts school specially in this economy and you truely showed your leadership and setting an example to others at the end of the day we are all a family and this is how we help our family members and stand up and protect.

You are an amazing person and a leader and we all are proud of you being our leader and it is an honor to work and being part of ChampionsWay.

Thank you sir,

Manny,

This is excellent news and I thank you and Mr. Dordar for your outstanding ethic in the matter. Your company was an excellent choice of mine to make in doing business with.

I can tell you stories of past companies that I've dealt with that haven't had the time to call me or help me and you are the opposite. You guys took care of changing banks, it seemed, before I knew it and I practically had emails every day with updates!

Dear Mr. Dordar,
I am very impressed with your reaction. Yes, martial artists should do the unexpected, driven by high standards of integrity. We demand this of ourselves, our students and our business practices should reflect our martial values. Although my school was unaffected, you have earned my loyalty with your prompt action. Keep it up; your clients will remember this.

I feel for you all over there and this is a great offer! I am impressed with this. My school, like many others, have been really harmed by the stupidty of Bay Cities bank breaking the law. To everyone effected please file a report against them with the FDIC as I have done. It may or may not help but it is definitely needed to insure that this kind of unprofessional behaviour can not be tolerated by any financial instution at any time.
