A Program Director/Manager has to have a sales background to do well. What do I mean "Sales background"? Well I don't mean that you worked at McDonalds, sold cars or sold stocks. I mean you understand what sales is and you have background in that.

American Express released survey results concluding that "Americans will spend 9% more with companies that provide excellent service".
