Martial Arts Sales Tips for the Program Director or Manager!

A Program Director/Manager has to have a sales background to do well.  What do I mean "Sales background"? Well I don't mean that you worked at McDonalds, sold cars or sold stocks.  I mean you understand what sales is and you have background in that.

Why is it…

Make Life Rewarding with exceptional customer service.

American Express released survey results concluding that "Americans will spend 9% more with companies that provide excellent service". As if students ready to spend more for great service isn't enough, the study also found that people "spread the word willingly and widely when they experience good service".

Student service is an integral part of our job and should NOT be seen as an extension of it. A martial arts schools most vital asset is…
