Tammie Lawrence is a 5th degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do and a 4th degree black belt in Hap Ki Do. Her training has been under the direction of Grand Master Pu Gil Gwan, Master Young & Toni Lee and Master Bill Hayward. Her awards range from NBL and TPA number 1 in weapons the late 1980’s to being on the Olympic team in 1988. She has educated students in both the public school and private sector. Mrs. Lawrence has trained over 25 martial arts instructors who now run their own successful schools and programs. Her leadership training is excellent. She has trained with Billy Blanks ® the founder of Tae Bo ® and received her certification to teach official Tae Bo ® classes. Mrs. Lawrence is always on the cutting edge and has an XMA (Extreme Martial Arts) program for students who show exceptional work ethic.
