One of the important lessons from the E-Myth is to treat your business like a franchise, and create a "Turn Key" operation. Turn Key means you just turn the key, and it goes!

We are on the brink of potentially opening up a class geared more towards kids with special needs.
Now that I have a staff of instructors and student leaders firmly in place, I feel that I may now have the resources to facilitate such a class.
Mark J. Speranza has a whole methodology and program behind this, called Inclusion Advantage. Theoretically, it looks pretty good.

The current state of our economy (in the USA) has affected my martial arts school. I have felt the effects recently.
I know many people tend to use the negative state of the economy as a crutch to lean on to blame for not-so-positive business results.
I'm not one of those people. We have regular traffic of walk ins, referrals, and plenty from our website. People are coming to our door, and they are ready to buy.
