Earned 1st degree black belt in 1983.
Began training in boxing in 2007.
Joined National Progressive Taekwondo Association in February 2009.
Attained 2nd degree black belt in November 2009.
Became a Certified Instructor in November 2009.
Currently volunteer at Warman's Martial Arts and Shamrock Boxing Gym.
