Ideas on how to $$$pay staff?
Hello everybody,
I would like feedback on how you guys pay/compansate your staff. Program directors
1. how much for each enrollment
2. how much for renewls?
3. birthday parties?
4. privates?
5. profitsharing?
6. to teach per hour?
which is the best way? any feedback will be greatly appreciated. I have had many people tell me thier ideas i really want to make sure i do the right thing. Thank you all
