To give to people less fortunate, true karate comes from the heart not the wallet my first Sensei taught me that . her name is Sensei Stacey Gazzola and she taught me thru her teachings to give back to the people. I'm glad she is in my life again after 30 plus years of training, thanks Stacey , I love you very much.
