I also love summer....being outside in the sun, boating, beach volleyball, rollerblading...pretty much anything outside in the summer.

First and formost- UFC pay-per-views. Nip tuck, friday night lights.

The Saw Series, Hostil part II, anything humorous, and of course chic flicks

Don't read many books, more into fitness magazines

I just started this year. We (kicks Unlimited) teach American Taekwondo. However, I also want to learn muy-tie and jujitsu.

What Martial Arts Has Taught You:

Well I haven't done it that much as I am the Program Director for our school, but just seeing the progress in our students here is awesome. The focus, discipline, control, etc in the young children is unbelievable. Also the respect and self confidence it teaches to each and every student here.
