I am a member of the WTF and all 18 of my schools are USAT/Olympic registered training centers. My views on TKD are varied at this time ranging from excitement to disgust for the way many things are handled, etc. It is strange that when a man/group receive the "power" that the Kukkiwon/WTF have how it influences the way they treat others. While I am sure there had to be some "stands/positions" that had to be taken to deal with the issues many dishonest WTF Masters/Grandmasters proliferated for years, it hasn't solved many outstanding issues. Often a hard line is taken rather than a sympathetic one toward the ones who have given so much to the sport. Not the way to "Win friends and influence people." However, where else do you get the certification or train your people for the world's greatest events? It's too bad there is so much arrogance involved in what can do so much good.
