Student and instructor for several years in a karate and kung fu style (animal forms of kung fu and kempo) in California during the 80s, student and instructor in various styles while in the Navy during the 90's including jiu jitsu, MCMAP, muay thai. Current student and instructor in a karate system (shotokan and bando) in Utah. Founder and creator of Haami Ruh MMA located in Lindon, UT.
