We are an independant Martial Arts School that teaches "traditional" TaeKwonDo. Our "Style" is Chidoryok TaeKwonDo. Chidoryok is Korean for Leadership. We do the Chon-Ji Line of forms, Free Sparring, Point Sparring, Reality Self-Defense, Board Breaking, 1 Steps, Etc... We also have an X-Treme Program (Which includes x-treme weapons), a Leadership Program (which includes instructor training), and Boot Camp Training Workouts.

Cincinnati Taekwondo Center is affiliated with Grandmaster Joon Pyo Choi's Oriental Martial Arts College in Columbus. We teach Moogong-Ryu which his style combing Song-Moo Kwon TKD, Shotokan Karate, Northern Shaolin Kung-Fu, Hapkidi, Gumdo, and Chi-Gung. We also offer seperate classes in Kimoodo (Healing Art), Hapkido, Gumdo (Korean Sword). and FAST Defense Courses.

Private Classes for Executives

Sensei Course Training to become a certified Sensei
Ultiamte Karate and Fitness instructors teach a traditional style of karate called Shotokan. We also offer Okinawan Kobudo, and have specialized classes for competition training. We offer classes for ages 4 and above. Ultimate Karate and Fitness is a member of the USA National Karate Do Federation and our athletes compete on their tournament circuit. The USANKF is the governing body for Karate that is recognized by the US Olympic Committee.
We teach traditional Shaolin Kung Fu. We have also absorbed in our teachings, some as recent as 2 generations ago .. others longer, Tai Chi, Pau Qua, Hsing I, and Liu Hsing. We teach several levels of meditation, iron palm and iron body. Animals include: snake, preying mantis, monkey, tiger, crane, bird, and eagle. We also offer the 8 drunken immortals system. Weapons include broadsword, straight sword, staff, chain whip, tiger hooks, spear and others. We don't teach non-realistic sparring like omitting the groin as a target nor do we care about being cage fighters.
