On version 11.3 of MAS and MyOffice, we released a new feature which will allow you to link a subscriber link to multiple campaigns.
This feature could help to separate your website leads depending on the promotion that you are running at the time in order to have more customized emails to go out to them automatically.
These days, automation is the key to success. If you automate your daily tasks, it will free up lots of time and it will also allow you to run an operation that used to take a big team to accomplish, with a smaller team.
These tasks could be emails to brand new students and leads, preparation letters to your introductory lesson attendees and also follow up emails, birthday cards and many more.
For example, you have different promotions on your website, one for a Cardio Kickboxing class, one for MMA class and etc. with this feature you can tell which one of the leads that came through your website are interested in Cardio kickboxing and which ones are interested in other services that you offer.
After placing the
subscriber link on your website, the system will create a contact from the information of the lead and on top of placing it under the Web Lead Category (this will tell you that they signed up through the website) it will also place it in a sub category, such as Cardio Kickboxing lead which tells you what part of your services the lead is really interested in. It also allows you know what programs are generating the most interest on your website.
In results through the
campaigns section of MyOffice you can create a new automated campaign that could go out to anybody who has been added to the Cardio kickboxing lead Group.
So what this does is that the email that they get will be more relevant to the program or services they are interested in.
Where to find it :
This new tool is available under the MyOffice website section. The last option on the left hand column should read Subscriber Links. After getting to that page, on the bottom of the page there are different check boxes available for different grousp that you have in MyOffice (You can add more if you want under the contact section). By choosing the groups that you are interested in, the code in front of each subscriber link will change and in result will link the web lead form to different groups.
If you have more question or need help to set this up please contact your
account manager.
