Company Performance Reports
Analyzing School Performance
The main purpose if this report is analyzing your business performance and statistics – meeting goals for leads, who booked, who showed up and extended (became a student), comparable to last year’s statistics.
1. Keeping your school doors open and generate new students coming in.
Example: Increase 100 students for this year.
How many leads do I need to increase by 100 students?
Generate 100 leads per month.
Book 80%, show up 80% which gives you 64 leads that showed to the 1st intro.
80%, 51 show up to the 2nd intro.
What percentage is extending (becoming a new student)? The company performance report will let you know if you are on track with your goals.
2. Keep your back door closed; retention and renewing your existing students.
To increase your student count this year 100 you need to know:
How you generated 100 leads; where are you marketing efforts going to be and how much money can you spend?
Lead boxes, demos, referrals. Breakdown your leads to equal 100 per month (goal).

Marketing Reports
This report shows you where your leads and students or members are coming from, based on the source information - where they heard about you. To get the most out of these reports, make sure you enter both a First Contact date and Source information for all of your leads on the Detail tab; otherwise they will be left out of the report.
The main page of the report shows you the monthly totals for leads and students that have been entered into MAS. It also gives you a cost total for all sources (the cost is entered in the company setup, on the Leads Tab).

You can get even more information by double clicking on elements on the main page of the report.
Monthly View - By Source
To see this view double click anywhere on the graph. You can see how many Leads and Students have been generated monthly with this view.

Source View
The see this view double click on one of the source names in the table, e.g. Newspaper, or Lead Box. This shows you how many leads and students or members for a particular source by month, including totals and cost for that source.

MEMBERSHIP REPORT
This report provides you with a month by month forecast of your membership by programs, and the projected income based on your current agreements. It also shows you program changes (renewals, expirations, discontinued agreements), showing gains or losses for the current month.
