Form in Campaign cant get it to work

Just trying to make a survey. I already made it, but when I test it, the submit button would not work, then I got that to work, but could not get it to send information to me. I am not sure where to mailto: code etc, or if it is already set up in MyOffice

Hello Mr. Moriniere,

This is a myoffice campaign that you are trying to do, right ? if so, would you be able to give me the name of the campaign so i can look into what you have done so far..

Okay so it was you in the campaign? I was wondering who that was earlier. Everything is setup I just do not know what to do to actually make it work. I figured it would work like the info survey on the web page and just send it to me through email.

Yes, it was actually me and Walter looking into it. We are doing some testing on the form tools and see if it is working properly or not. To be honest with you i have never had anybody use them before.

As soon as our testing is done we will let you know however for the time being i would recommend building a form on your actual website and sending the link to people.

Wow, nobody has used them before. That's amazing. No wonder I could not find a sample in the shared documents. I figured a lot of people would use them as survey forms.

Well I just noticed under the campaign's " Advanced buttons" there were form elements. You know, when you are actually typing the mail. So I started making the form. It has submit buttons, radio buttons, drops downs etc. Just can't get it to submit to the right place.
