Wow! Broad question! So here are a few auto-send campaigns I feel no school should live without:

- BDAY party pre-booking.
Criteria: 90 Days before BDAY, Student Age equal or less than 11.
Content: same as the BDAY party flyer you have in your school by the lobby, but add in that if they pre-book earlier than 30 days from the BDAY date, you will send the invitations for them for free!

- 2/4/6 New student follow up's.
Criteria: 14 days since joining group, Group = Student (repeat criteria with 28 days and 42 days)
Content: Write what you would say during a 2/4/6 follow up. Not sure what a 2/4/6 follow up is? Let us know!

- 90 Day Renewal Notice, criteria = Attendance rating ="A", expiry date = next 90 days. content

Content = renewal options (pitch your upgrade plan if they didn't go for it during the first invitation after the first or second rank promotion), and give them an incentive to renew early.

Make sure you don't send this to any one below "A" attendance rating, it will just remind them to cancel the lessons they already aren't attending enough, instead, send the lower ratings requests to book a "feedback" meeting where they talk and you listen. Then from there you can ramp up your renewal strategy before it gets too close to the expiry date.

I also recommend reading "Tip 7 - Auto Campaigns". There are lots of examples in that Tip as well.
