I put three clip boards in the lobby so people could sign up for internal events I'm having. I couldn't tell you why I never had it before....Take a look at the pictures below. For the cost of a clip board and color copy I'm embarrased about myself and frustrated with other school owners who don't have sign up sheets in the lobby for the increadibly brainless task of having internal events as income generators as well as lead generators.

Take a look at the proof:

This is my black friday day camp. COMMON SENSE! This event promotes itself and I'm charging $50 per child. I have to put another sign up sheet out! ITS FULL! I have about 120 students. 80 kids and 40 adults. A lot of my kids are too old for the day camp on top of that and I still managed to get the sheet filled without even trying. I used to think that only big schools could make good money with internal events and stuff. So...14 people x $50 is $700. Not bad for the cost of a clip board and color copy. Oh and there is still plenty of time for people to sign up. Ill probobly get another $500 worth of signups before black friday. A couple of those names are non students!! even better!! Its so convenient non students parents want to take advantage!!

Here is my fun night sign up sheet. I charge between 10 and 20 bucks a head. Again not bad. And again there are some names I've never seen before on the sheet!

Here is my events board. The kids love to decorate it! Very atractive! I count down the days to the event! I compliment my events board with a poster of the last parents night out/fun night event:

Lastly here is my events calander. I email this to everyone as well as putting up an over-sized copy of it in the lobby.
