Karate Birthday Parties

Hello Everyone

One of the things we tried over the last 6 months That has worked really well for us and cost us nothing but time is Free Birthdays! The way we work it is that we do the instruction for free. The party is 2 hours long We do about a 45 minute Karate lesson, They eat pizza, Play some Dodge Ball, Break a pinata, and have cake by that time all the kids are tired and ready to come back durring the week to take their second lesson and earn their white belt.

The way we work the pizza and everything is that we do the instruction for free.

We get the pizza at $8.00 a pie that we pass on to the parents.

So the parents buy the

Drinks

Decorations

We have been averaging about 3 sign ups a party. we allow the parents 15-20 kids that are not already members of our school. we allow them to invite members off course. but ask them to get 15-20 new kids. When we were charging for partys we were not getting as many partys maybe 1 every 3 to 4 months . now we are doing 3-4 a month.

Since I teach the partys and i dont have to pay a instructor i can get away with this because its only costing my time and Electric.
