ChampionsWay! Martial Arts Business Community

Do you often find yourself multitasking right before teaching class? You’re frantically making lead calls, trying to manage your last class’ attendance, and are rushing to create a poster for your next in-house promotion. You’re always pressed for time and you find yourself leaving important tasks incomplete because you are forced to move on to the next task on the priority list. Sounds like a classic case of The One Man Show!

Like every other business owner, martial arts school owners are always looking to cut unnecessary costs. Many martial arts school owners teach from open to close, everyday then end there day byworking on school management tasks, calculating monthly expenses, searching through their books for delinquents etc. People are always under the impression that if you do it yourself, you’ll save bundles of money you would have spent by going to the experts. Have you ever tried fixing that leaky pipe below your sink, only to find your kitchen submerged in water and a broken pipe? You should have contacted the experts...

By “fixing the leak” yourself, you are essentially throwing more money out the window. You are wasting valuable time that you could have spent on something more productive and you might end up setting yourself behind even more by doing the task wrong!

In the end, your efforts to save money are losing you money. There are methods of managing many of your school management tasks effectively while saving money. There are resources that can provide you with the tools and information needed to succeed, save you time and save you money. The ChampionsWay Libary being one of them. Here are some ways The ChampionsWay Library is able to help you smoothen your daily operations:

Very good points, lets make good martial artist into great Martial Arts Businesses.

Without the developing a solid executive team, there is no way the Masters Hall of Fame would be able to meet the martial arts communities expectations.

Keep up the good work,

Dan

Yup that's me.

The problem I have right now is a lack of funds to get people to do this.

One thing that we do have as schools owners that no other businesses do, is the loyal students and parents that are willing to help us voluntarily...though we do need to Inspire them and encourage them to not only learn martial arts but also teaching it to others. I will be covering this section in my upcoming webinar on Feb 4th!

I do have some questions, but I just sent them to my account manager so I will wait. But I did want to ask exactly how everyone is using it, what's in there and how is it keeping you in a Perfect state of Mind?

Small Details Make Big differences at the end!

all we need is person from outside to point us all the wrong routines !
a solid planning can end up with a solid result!

I agree. Our school is only as good as our students, instructors and families.

A CWAY client, Ted Myers had a great idea-Offer a "Family Fun Night".

In this special night families can participate in events together. Training, and fun games that you see in the boardwalk or a carnival.

Get more families involved no matter if you are a one person show or a large school and explain to them how the martial arts is a "Way of Life". It will make them loyal for life!
