I can't be 100% sure how things work in Iraq, but I would start with a search engine (like google).

The best way to find something like a martial arts school is to search for:
[your area] [what you want]

So if I wanted a kickboxing school in Baghdad, I would search for "Baghdad kickboxing" (translated into the language of your choice)
